TITLE: Talent Acquisition Manager - Western Company
Salary: 15-20k AED
Location: TECOM, Dubai
We require a specialist required Talent Acquisition Manager from either an internal or agency background, to work with a trusted client.
Our client is one of the leading Educational specialists in the Middle East.

• Experience within Recruitment / Talent Acquisition either within agency or In-house for an end-client
• Must have excellent interpersonal / communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent candidate management skills including sourcing. qualifying, interviewing through to offer and onboarding
• Demonstrable experience of sourcing technical positions or positions requiring a specific / niche skill set
• Ideally experience of recruiting across multiple industries at all levels
• Experience of headhunting via Linkedin
• Familiar with sourcing via multiple channels
• Highly-organized with strong attention to detail
• Reporting skills including updates on recruitment activity
