External:
Vendors & Collaborators: Attend meetings for project scope & timeline clarification
Clients: Attends meetings with the clients to discuss the project status or any other escalated issue.
Internal:
Manager Maintenance / Head BU:  Provide updates about all projects in zone, discuss issues and seek guidance for strategic matters.  Seek feedback for calculating the associated benefits and risks in project.
Planning Department: Obtain project summaries, progress reports and share cost summaries.
QA & QC & HSE: Share information on similar projects as and when needed.
BD: Interact with BD to discuss & finalize business opportunities, generation targets and new ventures.
HR: Interact for new hiring, trainings, appraisals, mobilization & demobilization plan and other HR related activities.
Proposal Department: Closely coordinate to discuss the most important retrofit projects/Must Win’ retrofit projects affecting profitability and revenue targets.
Other MAINTENANCE Departments: Share project P&L;reports with Manager Maintenance & treasury of MAINTENANCE, clarify all queries by BU FC mainly regarding profitability in project review meetings, Facilitate relevant department /person for queries regarding difficulties in project execution.
Reporting Team: Provide feedback on work done, guide & advise to increase productivity.
المهارات
Education & Relevant Experience :
BE with 12 to 16 years of experience including 6 years’ experience of Shut down projects/Retrofit Projects, 4 years of field experience of commercial, contracts and construction
Business Understanding :
Understanding of the Static Equipment, Maintenance, turnaround philosophies and project cycles and maintenance business practices.
