Job Description and Requirements
Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Master/ MBA is a plus
4+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the FMCG industry is a must
Proven track record of sales within the UAE market
Native Arabic speaker with good command of English
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
High level of responsibility, with the sense of loyalty and business ethics
Analytical and strategic mindset
Motivated, persistent and objective-oriented
Job Description:

Manage the sales team in the UAE and define responsibility areas to meet strategical goals
Maintain and further develop present assigned retail customer relationships
Implement the marketing plans by working closely with the brand managers
Provide commercial support to the key accounts and the sales team when necessary
Coordinate with brand manager to maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear targeting strategy alignment
Coordinate regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the market performance
Evolve current account plan for retail customers, with a focus on key accounts, pricing & promotional strategy, as well as portfolio analysis.
Implement strategic channel development programs across all relevant markets as defined in the account strategies
Monitor progress and recommend corrective action where necessary
Develop and implement channel strategy for the UAE retail by maintaining relationships with retail customers in the UAE
Collect field intelligence and data through sales force automation tools provided
Support, develop and monitor the route to market, delivering on the agreed supply chain KPI’s.
Monitor KPIs and report results to the General Manager including sales volume, pricing, stock management and brand listings
Establish collaborative forecasting and contribute to the cyclical reporting, analysis and planning by account for the annual and strategic plan.
Manage the on-going BUM retail approach in the UAE (interviewing, coaching and managing the retail sales team)
