Requirements: Graduate of Education or Psychology with experience in Special Education • All School Diploma, Certificates, TOR must be authenticated by home country and UAE Embassy • Police Clearance / Good Conduct Certificate • Signed Non-Objection Letter of your defendants • Obtained Training Certificates – related to field • Authenticated Copy of Professional License Duties include but not limited to: • Assess students’ skills to determine their needs • Develop teaching plans for individual students and/or class • Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students • Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student’s abilities and needs • Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, or one-on-one Important Qualities: • Teaching/Coaching Skills • Communication Skills • Critical-thinking Skills • Interpersonal Skills • Patience • Resourcefulness • Flexibility and Adaptability
