Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Here we are family with great values and amazing people.  Position Overview Business Analyst will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.  Responsibilities • Works with our contacts in several brokerages, insurance companies, government entities and business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
• Articulates clearly and documents business requirements, business processes, business model & screens mock-ups (wireframes)
• Conducts & writes Agile User Stories
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
• Technical Recommendation and Testing
• Manages ongoing relationship with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT
• Manages project plans and can clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
• Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
• Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues

• Experience in similar role for large organizations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
