DRS & Network Development- Senior Executive

Department- Business Development Location: UAE Key Job Responsibilities
Design and develop a network development plan and strategy as per the company policy
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on network status and monitor the market development in terms of Sales & Aftersales network requirement
Develop and implement appropriate measures ad activities for dealer development topics
Ensure efficient and smooth roll out and management of the network development projects
Implement strategy and measures for Sales and After sales operations as per Daimler AG standards
Follow-up retail network for the consistent and timely implementation of the projects defined according to the signed network development plans, and report progress on a monthly and quarterly basis
Communicate and clarify any ambiguities with Daimler AG or its representative for the seamless implementation and to conduct the internal inspections and audits
Process market analysis for sales & after sales, in cooperation with the business units
Monitor and evaluate the implementation status of the dealer standards in Sales & After Sales locations; identify any deficiency and develop and execute corrective measures in order to ensure flawless compliance
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 5-7 years working experience in automotive network department, with a strong understanding of the vehicles Sales, and After Sales business
Analytical skills for conducting market analysis (KPIs)
Expertise in Dealership Standards Retail Formats, English is a must, Arabic advantage
