Mandatory Skills/brief job description:
• Administering system, configuration, monitoring & maintenance of hardware, software and network communication.
• Assistance for availability and installation IT resources.
• LAN and WLAN (WIFI) management.
• Rack maintenance, documentation and daily back up & check up.
• Configure firewalls for high end security.
• Maintain user profile on internet & Email and access permissions for other domain based server.
• Responsible of timely resolution of technical problems, attend to users hardware-software configuration for windows 98, 2000, XP or 2003 workstation.
• Troubleshoot system performance and network problems, involve in disaster recovery & storage management activities.
• Technical support at difference location Viz. HO, Factory, Shops, Warehouse etc.
• Keep track and backup of all IT inventories.
• Working/supportive knowledge of Orion will be an added advantage but may not be mandatory.
• Any other IT related activities as and when directed by the Head of IT
