الوصف الوظيفي Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products and services. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Represent company at business meetings to promote products. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructve feedback on performance to develop sales and service team . Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase. Direct clerical staff to keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions. Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance & submission of Weekly & Monthly Reports/Plans. Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up. Set examples for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Account Executives to build motivation and selling skills. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees |
