INSTRUCTOR SR. -ELECTRICAL

Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyze training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules.
Develop training modules’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
Deliver training to all interested parties up to DDWD/ TTM standards
Assess and evaluate training in accordance with module and department standards

Trade test new employees up to the required standards

Record and communicate training results with concerned departments

Coach junior instructor for best practice and mentor trainees where requested.

Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports.

Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.

Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.
المهارات
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Technology.

Train the trainer Certificate in electrical from a recognized vocational body is preference.

Compex certificate for explosion proof electrical equipment installation.

Minimum 3 years’ Experience as an Electrical trainer.

Field experience in Electricity in n similar industry

Good Communication in English.

Excellent computer skills in MS Office applications, especially MS
PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word
