On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate demand for an entrepreneurial focused, dynamic and energetic Operations Team Leader to be based in Dubai, UAE.
What You’ll Do:
As the Kitopi Operations Team Leader you are responsible manage a number of teams to retain the turnover and maximize productivity.
Implementing strong processes by creating SOPs operations policies to ensure excellent level of customer satisfaction at scale.
• Deliver understanding data analysis to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions. • Assist in the implementation of the appraisal performance/ KPIs evaluations, so you coach, guide accordingly the team. • Allocating resources, reviewing progress and making mid-course corrections.  • To lead day to day operations through the teams, ensuring completion of work is accurate, efficient and cost effective to meet organizational plans within established budget and timescales.  • Own and lead management between all the Kitchen Optimizers and kitchen crew, great communication skills, and solution driven.  • Ready to get his/her hands dirty, flexible with working hours and load of work, ambitious and positive vibes.
