Quality Assurance Officer

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  To train staff in Food Safety, HACCP and other areas as required.
2. To audit retail stores for process audits and for system inspections
3. To audit internal production facilities and warehouses.
4. To audit and approve external suppliers
5. To investigate complaints and Non compliances.
6. To liaise with concerned local authority as required.
7. To implement projects and tasks as required within time frame.
8. To manage third party audits as required.
9. To give regular feedback to improve existing systems or for new innovations.
10. To manage a specific portfolio as required i.e. Pest Control, Microbiology, Label Approval, private label, managing contracts, etc.
المهارات
1. Detail oriented and excellent administrative skills.
2. Strong analytical, organizational, and English communication skills both verbal and written
3. Ability to work in multi task environment
4. Able to work cross functional across different departments
5. Good problem resolution skills
6. Willing to work with Halal and Non-Halal products.
7. Qualification on Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (i.e. NEBOSH) desirable but not essential.
8 .Driving license, willing to travel – including international travel.
