Supply Chain Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
· Support all existing and potential customers with the development of their Supply Chain activities within the UAE and GCC market as required.
· Lead the supply chain tendering process for the UAE and GCC market, responding to customers on their warehousing enquiries.
· Advise and lead on end to end supply chain solutions within Bollore Logistics
· Implementation of supply chain continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations and key performance indicators across all existing and new operations.
· Provide operational support as required.
· Management of the WMS processes and the overall reliability
.  Design and implementation of Operating Procedures, SLA`s and KPI`s for new business
· Respond to tenders within the given timelines, ensuring operational feasibility and profitability of the proposed technical solutions.
· Ensure customer needs are understood and considered in technical answers.
· Ensure Bolloré maximises the potential of the existing storage facilities, ensuring racking & floor space is capitalised
· Review existing processes for improvement opportunities, lead projects to provide Operations with innovative solutions to reduce lead time and increase global productivity / efficiency.
· Develop and maintain Visual Management in all existing warehouses to improve safety, reliability and productivity.
· Provide support for data analysis and report summarisation of overall logistics to be able to assist preparing performance reviews.
· Maintain, update and broadcast correct documentation procedures, internally & externally.
.  Liaise with customers/suppliers & develop excellent working relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

- Degree in relevant field.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent team working.
- Demonstrated analytical and reporting writing skills.
- Advanced English communication skills (including written and presentation skills).
- Advanced computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as Visio, SketchUp or similar).
- Experience in logistics & warehouse management.
- Sound knowledge in freight-forwarding industry.
- Project management experience.
- French and/or Arabic communication skills advantageous.
