• Managing a team of carpenters.
• Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion.
• Production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and Health & Safety.
• Effectively manage a joinery workshop.
• Effectively supervise workshop staff to carry out set tasks and projects within agreed timescales.
