Recruitment Executive

Managing the blue collar and white collar recruitment and closing the positions with in time lines
Understanding the job descriptions of different business units and look for early closure .
Meeting the TAT for all the assigned positions
Following up regularly with the business heads and ensure with out any TAT misses
Maintaining all the recruitment trackers regularly .
Should be willing to travel for hiring.
