Front office experience, either In property or in other industries banking, etc.
Strong education background, preferably some time outside UAE/ abroad
Above average communication skills, both in English and Arabic
Have managed team of >8-10 people
Inclined towards technology/ digital future – has used technology or believes in technology
General understanding of real estate/ property (prior direct experience not a must)
Back office experience in banking, property is good to have, but not mandatory
Hands-on person who is willing to do it himself/ herself without the support of the team
