Designer – Furniture and Flooring

الوصف الوظيفي
As a Designer - Furniture and Flooring, you will provide designs to enhance aesthetics, safety and functionality of the products while taking into account different finishes, textures, furnishings and space works to meet client needs.  Key Responsibilities: • Attending and adding value to client meetings with technical/design insights. • Quantification of flooring projects, creation of BOQ. • Determining percentage of wastage in every project. • Creation of concept design for flooring. • Site-visits at the time of installation as & when required. • Preparation of shop drawings for furniture and flooring projects. • Site-measurements when required. • Coordination with Project Manager for technical details. • Co-ordination with logistic department for technical clarifications.
المهارات
Minimum Requirements: • Degree in Interior Design/Architecture/Civil Engineer. • 3 years work experience in similar capacity with a furniture/flooring design company. • Hands on experience in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up & Illustrator. • Excellent communication skills. • Attentive listener and strong interpersonal skills. • Time management and project management skills. • Creative and Analytical thinker, imaginative and artistic.
