Job Purpose The post is a position mainly to perform the Planning & Design Department Unit technical issues either in the design or the construction stages. Main Responsibilities A. Drawings Control:
• Monitoring of in and out related Drawings.
• Maintain and manage masterplan and projects technical drawings
• Attend and record the related technical meetings based on the Director request.
B. Technical:
• Implementation of the approved system procedure.
• (Master plan) Implementation of proposal / modification of the master plan drawings & plot schedules.
• (Design) Preparation of the required data for design completion (Affection plan, Coordinates, existing and
proposed levels and development regulations).
• (Construction & Project Completion) Preparation of the required permits during the construction stage,
site demarcation, also Preparation of the building completion certificates.
• Preparation of the required data for G.I.S database.
• Survey data entry, updating the drawing with the existing levels, also, issuing the coordinates to the
surveyor.
- Administration matters (Backup, filing, hardware & software coordination)
• Preparation of the required external or in house presentation / printing drawings.
• Manage / modify / monitor / record masterplan infrastructure data and drawings
• Coordinate with other governments authorities issues that are related to land transaction / plot registrations
and infrastructure drawings
• Communicating with Sales team and issuing the required documents to Land Department related to Villa
Registration.
• Maintaining the registry of received drawings and retrieving the same when required.
C. Reporting:
• This post is reporting to the Director — Development Control
• No correspondence to be issued directly to any external party (except for the concerned client)
D. Others:
• On Time and as Scheduled Completion
• Ensure the good relation with other Partners such as Authorities & Investors
- Skilled in AutoCAD MicroStation GIS BIM applications
