The Manager Contract Administration will support the Director-Ceremonies in administering the contractual reporting, administration and payment processes as outlined in the contract with the Ceremonies contractor; and provide administrative support to the Ceremonies team. The main responsibilities of the role include: - Facilitate all reporting processes and administration required of the Ceremonies contract; - Provide administration support for all weekly and monthly meetings with the Ceremonies contractor and keep attendance records of official meetings with the Ceremonies contractor; - Ensure that documents and reports are received from the Ceremonies contractor on time, and processed internally as appropriate and ensure that all certificates are issued to the Ceremonies contractor as requested and as outlined in the contract; - Ensure that upon confirmation of milestones being completed, payments are facilitated to the contractor are approved and processed as appropriate; - Establish good working relationships and liaise with other internal FAs including Finance, Procurement, Legal to ensure efficient and seamless experience for the Ceremonies contractor; - Support the integration of the Production Company Contractors with internal Expo resource and other Production contractors as required; - Support the establishment of structures, policies and reporting frameworks to ensure effective and efficient reporting to meet internal Governance processes; - Provide support to the Director-Ceremonies and team members as required.
المهارات
6+ years experience in Finance, Administration, Contract Management or related field, as well as:
- Bachelor’s Degree within a related field;
- Ability to develop positive relationships among internal and external stakeholders, peers and senior management;
- Detail oriented with high attention to quality;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong computer skills;
- Ability to interface with employees at all levels;
- Diplomatic, discrete, flexible, resilient and positive through organizational growth and change.
