The Partnerships Team sources and services commercial partners , who are set to grow in number as Expo 2020 approaches. Once negotiations are concluded and contracts executed, the team proactively plans and supports partners in the delivery of their business objectives and our intent to deliver an ‘exceptional Expo 2020. You’ll be working closely with multiple Expo departments and stakeholders to deliver contractual rights and benefits, and identify ‘win/win’ value-add opportunities.. The Partner Account Manager is the main point of contact for the day-to-day servicing of assigned Main responsibilities for this role include: - Act as main point of contact for day-to-day servicing of partners, including the fulfillment and reporting of contractual rights and benefits; - Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key Partner contacts and other Expo departments (Events, Ticketing, Licensing, Legacy, ICT, Real Estate & Delivery etc.). -Ongoing, daily liaison with Expo marcomms team to ensure on-time delivery of world class activations; -Clear understanding and compliance with CRM platform and partner servicing portal – online tools for partner management, requests and approvals; -Work with Partners to define metrics and reporting tools for auditing purposes; -Ensure that direct reports acquire the required skills and knowledge via access to appropriate learning and development programs; -Ensure ongoing compliance with all Expo Wide policy and procedures.

7+ years of relevant experience as well as:
-Prior account management experience of global brand;
-Experience of activating and managing both B2C & B2B sponsorships;
-Understanding and proven experience in delivering business and brand KPIs;
-Strong administrative and organizational skills; attentive to detail;
-Ability to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
-Ability to confidently communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the business;
-Prior experience with CRM (specifically Microsoft Dynamics) and SAP essential;
-Strong Computer Skills (PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office programmes);
