The purpose of the role of Manger Training is to participate in all aspects of the training cycle, including Training Needs Analysis, Design and Development of programs, delivery of training, and assessment and evaluation of programs to meet the needs of Expo2020 employees and defined groups, in line with the Security Training Strategy for Expo2020. The role also extends to liaison and auditing of third party providers and partners. The main responsibilities of the role include: - To assist the Head of Support Services to build a training budget for Expo2020 employees on an annual basis and planning cycles, to build and implementation of the training calendar, with an ongoing reviews to ensure dynamic and evolving needs are met; - Conduct Training Needs Analysis using a variety of methodologies to determine specific training needs for Expo2020 employees for all phases of the event; - Consult with Security Operations, HR Training and individuals in defining and developing curricula for business needs and defined job roles, and in selection, distribution of training materials and act as the focal point on matters related to training from Third Party Providers to ensure compliance with training criteria and regulations; - Design and develop dynamic training programs and modules in line with Adult Learning principles as required to meet business needs and objectives, and aligned with Expo2020 Security Training Dimensions and Strategy and Expo2020 holistic training strategy; - Design blended learning programs to support the use of e-learning and on line learning tools, deliver training programs, including Induction, security training core programs and leadership programs in line with the specific standards laid down and within the specific time frames; - Be responsible for and own the Training Calendar build and development based on the TNA process, compliance requirements and liaise with the Security Operations in confirming course nominations, programs and dates as needed to meet business needs; - Prepare and maintain program resource plans and course materials and ensure that they are updated to keep pace with evolving and changing information and organizational change; - Assist in auditing, reviewing and evaluating training programmes, including third party providers, materials, assessments, and practices to ensure business needs are met, isolating any solutions for improvements; - Follow up with individuals, HRS colleagues, line managers on the impact of training programmes in terms of how effectively new skills are implemented, reporting results to the Head of Support Services and monitor and manage Training KPIs to ensure adherence and report on the same monthly.
المهارات
6+ years experince in training across training cycle with mandatory experince in security training as well as:
- A Bachelor’s Dregee within a relevant field;
- A recognised traiing qualification in CIDP City & Guides and equivalent;
- Demonstrated experince in Security Compliance- e.g SIRA. National Security Institute, Dubai Police;
- Demonstrated ability in to Design and develop training programs, with demonstrated knowledge in instructional Design Principles;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training programs at all levels including role specific training, core security training programs and leaderships;
- Strong Facilitation Skills;
- Demonstrated ability in auditing training.
