The purpose of the Senior Associate - Delivery Planning & Integretion role is to support the Delivery Planning & Integretion Manager (Procurement & Contracts) in driving the end to end process for all Event Operations procurement activities. The role will involve working closely with Procurement, Contracts and Finance Departments to ensurethe correct sourcing strategy is in place for all Event Operations procurement activities. This also includes liaising and communicating with internal senior management, external stakehoolders and senior business professionals in order to support in meeting Event Operations Department business needs/ providing high-quality items and supplies whilst maintaining cost efficiency. The main responsibilities for this role include: - Act as an interface between Event Operations Department and the Procurement, Contracts and Finance Departments; - Document control & data input; - Log & track Project Approval Form’s; - Log & monitor contractual requirements - project insurance documents, bonds, guarantees etc; - Assist with updating High level Tender Event Schedule (TES) when required; - Proficient in processing tools, software (SAP) and information management systems to monitor contract administration process stages training will be provided; - Assist with contract change management; - Monitor transactions compliance within the Event Operations (milestones, deliverables, invoicing and etc.) to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled; - Maintain contractual records and documentation to assist with contract close out, extension and renewal.
المهارات
2+ years of experience in project management role working on previous major event programme, as well as:
- A Bachelors degree within a relevent field;
- Programme / Project Manager experience leading complex projects;
- Knowledge across all key event operations functions, and non-operational directorates;
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural organization;
- Experience in working with senior multi agency Government partners and stakeholders;
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel;
- Thorough knowledge of ERP Systems such as Oracle, Tejari and SAP;
- Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions;
- Understanding of commercial principles;
- Experience in Contract Management;
- Experience in Project Management.
