The Brand Manager plays a key role in the Brand team and is responsible for developing brand guidelines, the effective deployment of the Expo 2020 Dubai brand across numerous marketing channels, and developing assets for Internal Stakeholders, Official Partners, Supporters and Participants whilst ensuring the brand is protected and guidelines are adhered to. The main responsibilities of the role include: - To support Senior Manager on operational brand development, management, implementation and develop, manage all brand activities while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints; - Continuously collaborate with internal and extermal stakeholders to identify opportunities to strengthen as well as improve the brand and support the Legal Team on brand usage, infringement and ambush marketing; - Act as the brand guardian, responsible for maintaining consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring the brand is protected and guidelines are adhered to; - Develop, review, amend and approve marketing literature and campaigns for various stakeholders and ensure the Expo brand is protected and guidelines are adhered to; - Liaise with the Campaign Team to develop and execute ATL campaigns, liaise with the Licensing Team to develop style guides for licensees; - Support in the successful delivery of exhibition stands, road shows and activations; - Manage the day to day brand approval process through the Brand Portal for various stakeholders, to ensure the correct usage and application of Expo 2020 brand; - Support in the Brand Portal optimization and management by assisting Senior Manager in ensuring that assets are kept up-to-date and stakeholders are informed of developments; - Work closely with external agencies (design/ creative agencies and print production houses), ensuring written briefs are precise, proposals are cost effective and projects are delivered on time.
المهارات
4+ years of experience in Marketing or Branding, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferably in Marketing, Branding or Advertising;
- Experience in developing brand guidelines and delivering assets for multi-channel campaigns, including ATL, social media, activations and events;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal);
- High level of proficiency in Project Management, time management, multi-tasking skills and ability to manage changing deadlines and to work in a start-up environment;
- Creative, innovative, adaptable, enthusiastic, detailed oriented, dynamic and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders;
- Advanced computer skills – proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite;
- Prior mega event experince;
- French and Arabic are a must.
