Associate - Visitor Experience Integration

The Associate will provide design and project support across various visitor experience related projects, from initiation to completion/handover to the respective project owner. The Associate will provide support and report directly to the Senior Manager within the Site Design team. The main responsibilities of this role will include: - Support in the development of project briefs and other supporting documents (visualizations/renders, technical documents, etc.) to support the development and delivery of projects across the site design integration and creative workstreams; - Provide day to day support in reporting progress of the projects; - The Associate will develop the design/creative briefs capturing all briefing requirements, coordinating with relevant team members, where required; - Provide assistance on various projects for the purpose of cross-functional collaboration, integration or complex problem solving; - Provide BIM/CAD support across multiple projects, where required; - Assist in the production of 3D modelling, visualizations, renders and CGI walkthroughs; - Attend regular coordination meetings with internal/external stakeholders; - Assist in the technical review of all design submissions of the designs for the allocated project(s).
المهارات
2 + years of relevant experience as well as;
- Bachelor’s Degree relevant field;
- An understanding of urban planning concepts, master planning, and architecture and basic civil engineering/infrastructure design principals;
- Excellent communicator with design professionals;
- Excellent organization, time and staff management skills;
- Ability to interface with employees at all levels;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Displays the highest levels of integrity and commitment;
- Excellent negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
- Flexible, resilient and positive through organizational growth and change.
