Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for a knowledgeable Recruitment Cum Business Development Executive with experience in Recruitment industry. Candidates from Customer Service/Client Coordination background are most welcome.

Recruitment :

Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for several clients. Scheduling interviews for candidates. Internet/passive search, sourcing, pre-screening, validation of candidate and negotiations.
Responsible for complete recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking.

Business development :

• New business development/client acquisition. Follow up with clients for collection, and build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

•Make cold calls to the leads to convert them into customers.

• Visit Client office to close the deals if required. Maintain and servicing of existing relationship.

Note: Only candidates with Parent/Husband/ Residence Visa will be considered.
