Senior Consultant (Dubai)

Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading and award-winning consultancy company in the Middle East as they look for a Senior Consultant to join their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone who is proficient in both English and Arabic, with significant experience in the telecom industry.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

- Design audit frameworks, programs, manuals, and reports aligned with clients’ strategy
- Lead the strategy audits, KPI formulation, and process implementation
- Keep abreast with latest regulations and ensure effectiveness of internal controls
- Present and complete technical and commercial negotiations with clients

Desirable skills and background:

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 6 years relevant experience in a similar role and capacity
- Extensive working experience in a telecoms company or industry
- Working knowledge in telecom accounting standards and business frameworks
- Relevant experience collaborating with cross functional teams in a multinational organization
- Strong presentation and analytical skills, and detail-oriented
- Relevant certifications: CISA, CMA, CPA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
