Delivery Consultant

Quest Search and Selection is looking for a brilliant Delivery Consultant to join our team in Dubai! You will be an integral part of the Recruitment team by providing invaluable support to our Recruitment Consultants through candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database searching and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

Promotion into a full consulting or management role is a real possibility - especially if you’re consistently delivering, or exceeding, targets and making a big impression on clients and candidates alike.

As a Delivery Consultant, you will:

- Source and select candidates from Job Boards and LinkedIn
- Network and advertise jobs to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics, etc.
- Liaise with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match
- Deal with either permanent, contract and temporary placements, and finding suitable candidates at a range of different levels.

Skills and background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or similar field
- Open to candidates with at least 1-2 years experience in Recruitment Consultancy or Agency setting
- Able to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease
- Persuasive, persistent and patient
- Able to cope with pressure and work within deadlines
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Can start ASAP
