الوصف الوظيفي Maintain and update operational manuals for all Gastronomica brands throughout the GCC on behalf of operations. Coordinate and liaise between various internal stakeholders which include, Country Operations Managers, Brand Operations teams, Chefs, Restaurant Managers, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Design, Finance, Purchasing teams and Human Resources teams. Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the point of contact and communicate operational progress status adequately to all participants Assist in the issue of all appropriate legal paperwork in regards to operational issues. Regularly report to Country Operations Managers and the Vice President. Handle and manage any bottle necks, discrepancies or non-compliance as and when needed. Create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, plans and reports. Attend operational meetings to keep updated with current operational priorities and operational projects. Facilitate internal stakeholders with operational documents as required. Assisting operational teams when required with any projects they are involved with.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication. Ability to influence and priorities. Strong organizational and planning skills. Intermediate skills within Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education: |
