• Involved in full life cycle of recruitment from vacancy identification, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, negotiation and on-boarding.
• Headhunting from the competitor companies and generating referrals.
• Managing a recruiting pipeline including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events.
• Hiring candidates on either commission or salary based roles as per company policy.
• Preparing offer letters, employment contracts, HR Inductions, Visa applications and Documentation.
• Manage and diffuse job postings on internet portals, social networks and external consulting services.
• Leave Management and maintain annual leave & sick leave records.
• Attendance Management and handling distribution of company resources.
• Keep a check on any upcoming Visa & Passport renewals – Online application and timely follow up.
• Managing Employee records.
• Managing monthly R&R;activities.
• Preparing HR letters as per the Management requirement related to promotions, disciplinary issues and other letters such as Salary Certificate & NOC’s to the employees.
• Assisting in the payroll & incentive program process by providing all the required HR data.
• Actively involved in HR Policy Development and Implementation.
• Resignations and Terminations: Conduct exit interviews, Prepare End of Service settlements and Cancellation.
