Working closely across departments to ensure that Bayzat is efficient in both reaching out and driving effective engagement with the brands’ core target audience. Liaising with the Product and Business Intelligence Teams to conduct and analyze the results of AB testing across touchpoints and platforms to drive impactful optimization. Leveraging data effectively to ensure efficient CPLs, CPOs and CPAs are met. Generating qualified leads through identifying and leveraging the correct inbound and outbound traction channels. Identifying and acquiring Bayzat customers who have the highest propensity to use Bayzat Benefits. Aiding the sales team in converting qualified leads to Bayzat customers. المهارات Prior experience at a technology company. Executional knowledge in using various marketing tools such as CRMs, email automation, workflow automation, etc. Experience working closely with sales and product teams.
