Do you have the blend of leadership skills, Developing Sales Strategies and lead a team to achieve organizational goals? Do you have a good hands-on technical knowledge about high-pressure pumps and are an expert in desalination processes? If you are familiar with reverse osmosis and able to provide product support to the customers, we have an opportunity to accelerate your career! You might be our new Sales Manager responsible for HPP in Middle East and North Africa. We are looking for a leader to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve the team goals.
Danfoss HPP offers High Pressure Pumps and Energy recovering devices for Desalination and Zero Liquid discharge plants.
Key responsibilities & tasks:
· HPP sales growth in MENA Region
· Developing sales strategies and supporting the team in execution of those strategies
· Mentoring sales team in managing commercial activities, negotiation, documentation processes etc.
· Support channel sales drivers on product selection, pricing and to reach their sales targets.
· Achieving organizational goals
المهارات
· Graduate with 8 plus years of experience in engineering sales
· Technical knowledge about high-pressure pumps and Energy recovering devices is a non-negotiable must
· Proven technical knowledge on desalination plants and reverse osmosis systems
· Knowledge in Industrial Products like Pressure and Temperature sensors, Valves and Switches would be an advantage
· Good communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal & written)
· Ability and inclination to work under pressure and frequent business travel
· Follow ethical procedures in all business interactions
· Most important is your business approach and leadership skills with customers at all levels
