Quest Search and Selection is working in partnership with one of the most exciting Retailers in the world, looking to hire Product Managers to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for brilliant product managers to handle digital products and workflows within Merchandising, Fulfillment, and Customer Care.

As a Product Manager, you will:

- Develop and execute effective assigned products’ strategies, initiatives, and work flows
- Collaborate with key internal team members and Product Owners to support product strategies
- Monitor and assess end-user /customer experience in each touchpoint of products’ process
- Recommend improvements in product features and offerings
- Lead team in the implementation and adherence to assigned products’ process standards
- Produce and monitor process KPI reports

Desirable skills and background:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field
- With least 7 years’ customer-centric product management experience in either supply chain, fulfillment, or merchandising products and processes
- In depth understanding of end-to-end customer journey
- Strong experience in the e-commerce and retail industry
- Strong analytical, business communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Arabic an advantage
