Quest Search and Selection is working with a multinational company as they look for an experienced IT Support and Security Manager to join their team in Dubai. You will contribute to the business’ operations through delivering analytics and business intelligence that are vital to the company’s success.
As an IT Support and Security Manager, you will:
- Manage overall IT operational service activities and processes
- Continuously look for opportunities for process improvements to ensure customer service satisfaction
- Monitor and manage all IT service vendors / suppliers’ relationships and contracts to ensure match in cost and quality
- Manage and optimize IT operational services budgets
- Ensure all activities and processes follow the group’s IT standards and infrastructure
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance
- Perform related ad hoc tasks
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 6 years industry experience in similar role or capacity
- Experience in the Automotive industry is a must
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team
