Quest Search & Selection is working with a leading digital agency that has a job opportunity for a Digital Marketing & Operations Manager with strong agency experience. This brand is looking for someone who can take ownership of the implementation and delivery of the growth strategy.

As a Digital Marketing & Operations Manager, you will:

- Implement the strategies and business plans, monitor and review business and operational results, and ensure attaining financial objectives.
- Driving new customer acquisition with a strong focus on ROI and CPA.
- Develop and execute all digital media plans and campaigns and ensure they are in line with clients’ business objectives and their targeted audience
- Ensure the organization is up to date with the latest online media and market trends through cross media analysis and tracking the competitive marketplace

Desirable skills and background:

- Bachelor’s degree, with 4-6 years of relevant agency experience in a similar role
- Experience in driving profitable sales
- Experience within Digital Marketing desirably from an agency background
- Good team management skills and has experience in growing an enthusiastic team
- Strong track record in new business acquisition.
