Quest Search and Selection is working with a multinational automotive manufacturing company as they look for an Aftersales Business & Service Manager to join their team in Dubai. You will play a lead role in improving the Aftersales image and increasing profitability across all assigned region and markets.

As an Aftersales Business & Service Manager, you will:

- Drive sales through developing region-specific programs and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with other divisions in program communication and execution strategy
- Improve customer retention and business profitability through effective management of marketing campaigns
- Document implemented programs and activities
- Monitor and track aftersales budget
- Lead, train, and manage aftersales team
- Perform related ad hoc tasks

Desirable skills and background:

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 years industry experience in similar role and capacity
- Experience in the Automotive industry is a must
- Fleet management experience is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and collaboration skills
