Quest Search and Selection is working with a multinational automotive manufacturing company as they look for a Service Quality Manager to join their team in Dubai. You will be a vital part in ensuring that all service performance meet the quality standards and business KPIs.
As a Service Quality Manager, you will:
- Ensure that all service and repair follow the company’s quality standards
- Ensure documentation of implemented activities and measures
- Monitor service performance
- Generate relevant monthly reports
- Collaborate with other departments to keep aligned with service information systems
- Provide assistance to warranty service operations, implementing service strategies, and customer assistance
- Foster relationship with dealer network
- Perform relevant ad hoc tasks
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 6 years industry experience in similar role or capacity
- Experience in the Automotive industry is a must
- Must have extensive experience in dealership
- Strong attention to details and dealer negotiation skills
