Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a leading technology group as they look for a Head for Product Development to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in the product development process, ideally handling consumer electronics products.
As Head for Product Development, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies, pricing roadmaps, and positioning
- Manage daily retail operations, forecast product demands, and generate relevant reports for senior management
- Develop and drive key marketing campaign initiatives across assigned region
- Acts as brand custodian and ensure compliance with company’s set standards
- Lead, motivate, and train field staff and dealers
- Keep abreast with the latest industry trends and best practices
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with at least 12 years’ experience in similar role and capacity
- Proven experience in product strategy development, product marketing, pricing management
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and present to different levels of the organization and external partners
- Can thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
- Senior-level English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
