Retail Director (Dubai)

Quest Search and Selection is working with an international luxury retail group in the Middle East currently looking for a Retail Director to lead their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone who has extensive experience in the Jewellery and Watches category.

As Retail Director, your responsibilities will be:

- Lead and manage retail operations of all assigned territories
- Ensure delivery of profitability and excellent overall customer experience
- Develop, lead, and monitor implementation of all promo events/ activities
- Keep abreast with industry trends and best practices
- Train, coach, and manager all retail teams across assigned territories
- Maintain and foster key internal and external relationships
- Lead process improvements and ensure stores’ compliance to all company policies

Desirable skills and background:

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 10 years’ proven experience in the same capacity
- Preferably with experience in the Jewellery & Watches Retail industry
- Strong people management, organizational, strategic thinking, analytical, and customer service experience skills
- Senior-level written and verbal communication skills
- GCC based (required), Arabic speaker (required)
