الوصف الوظيفي Record keeping and maintaining files: ensure accurate filing of all information, documents and agreements. Tracking and ensuring that all the renewals have been completed on a timely basis. Tracking & issuance of a lease agreement and EJARI. Rental and other payments: preparing cheque request and coordinate with finance and ensure that all payments as per the lease agreements are processed on time and disbursed accordingly. Reports: to provide timely reports to the Management by generating, developing and preparing reports. Excellent mail communication. Maintaining a cordial relationship with landlords. Coordination with various departments. Attending to in-house queries on leasing from retail and other departments المهارات Excellent command in English language and communication skill. Highly skilled in mail drafting. Marketing analysing and research skills. Highly proficient in using MS Office and common software.
