Our Client: Leading Regional player is looking for HR Manager.
Your Role: The world is changing, and the people want different things from HR. We are talking about leading HR and having the ability… to dream, the ability ....to execute. The role requires an expert with operational excellence and Need someone who has handled a QSR role earlier and has handled in-store training as a part of the role, leading the development and standardization and implementation of Human Resources initiatives,employee engagement to ensure identifying and solving HR related issues As the business is seeing aggressive positive movement the need of the hour is to have an Human Resources professional with excellent business understanding and has the following abilities.
Managing Expectations: At mindfield we are driven by mutually agreed KPIs and service levels. المهارات
Must Have: Open to all nationalities. Deep and relevant HR experience is essential in a QSR/Hospitality/ Restaurant & Food. The successful candidate would ideally have previously had HR Operations and In-store training experience. Comfortable in the selection of appropriate training providers and programs organization and coordination. Detail oriented, accurate conscientious and reliable. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Tact and discretion in dealing with confidential matters. Budgeting and reporting skills.
