الوصف الوظيفي
• Maintains customer rapport by asking automotive problems, perform inspection, explain estimates and expected return of vehicle and obtain customer’s approval of estimates. • Prepares Job orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures and enter details of job card into service database system. In case of additional repairs inform the customers promptly. • To have a flair for up selling new accessories, value added services, service contracts to customer via phone and face to face. • Ensure delivery of the repaired vehicle at the promised time. • Secure agreement from customers while taking over their vehicles for repairs. • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and explaining provisions and exclusions. • Develops estimates for parts, labor and calculates customer’s payment, including deductibles. • To raise special orders for parts that are not available, follow up, and keep the customer informed. • Regularly monitor orders raised and ensure timely billing. • Organize inspection upon completion of the job to ensure the quality of the job meets the prescribed standard. • Work with supervisors, repairmen and the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for clients. • Conduct post service follows up in terms of accurately recording and organizing quality repair and maintenance services to enhance customer retention and after sales revenue giving professional advice on current and future maintenance needs. • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
