Achieving the revenue targets and developing new business in the assigned trade channel (Sharjah & Northern Emirates)
Financial
• Achieve the set sales targets for the month/year
• Create new business opportunities and open new HORECA clients
• Increase the share of business within the existing accounts
• Increase the sales from the existing customers consistently year on year
• Expand and increase the number of SKUs sold with each customer
• Keep a track of our competition and inform proactively to the managers and ensure we come out with creative action plans to increase our market share
• Ensure collection as per the set credit period timelines
Customer
• Create engaging relationship with all the customers and ensure we are the preferred brand
• Regular customer visits as per Journey plan
• Plan and execute promotions & events
Internal Business Process
• Achieving the freezer turn over with every customer and based on a drop in the productivity, the freezers should be re-deployed
• Ensure freezer agreement is maintained with due approvals from both company and the customer.
• Effective planning of the sales targets and a detailed action plan on how the same will be achieved
• Daily/weekly/monthly review of customer wise sales and come out with solution to ensure we exceed the budgeted sales and take corrective actions wherever required
• Ensure strict compliance of brand standards
People
• Engage and motivate the reportees and ensure they are trained on the company standards
• Create a pool of good talent who can be groomed for the next level
Other Initiatives
• Be proactive and increase the visibility of our products in HORECA and earn additional revenue for the business
