EHS Officer

1. Lead implementation of site specific EHS standards and guidelines.
2. Lead implementation of site EHS objective and programs.
3. Promote safe culture among employees by providing daily EHS content to shift briefing.
4. Perform frequent site safety audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Work with Operations team to implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury at other FCs.
5. Attending to incidents and occupational injuries cases on site.
6. Guide and assist area managers on incident investigations, Gensuite write up and communication of lesson learned.
7. Assisting Ops team in Gensuite follow up sheet and CAPA creation.
8. Audit record-keeping practices and ensure Gensuite entries to be aligned with global EHS standards and local regulations.
9. Ensure the PPE inventory at site and coordinate with procurement for order placement.
10. Key Safety Requirement (KSR) Audit weekly assignment, monitoring and support.
11. Ensure basic Fire Fighting training and first aid training completion. requirements.
12. Daily Powered Industrial Tool and Trailer Dock Release inspection and communications.
13. Daily Action Tracking System monitoring and support.
14. Participate in site management safety walk, provide insight into unsafe acts and conditions to management.
15. Provide daily update to Country EHS Manager on objectives progress, incidents, KSR, ATS, network actions, etc).
16. Preparation of EHS committee meeting agenda, MOM write up, ATS creation.
17. Daily Permit to Work review and sign off.
18. Lead on EHS related procurement and follow up.
19. Preparing emergency response plans.
20. Managing and conducting emergency drills.
21. Managing preparation and training of emergency drills, prepare records.
22. Heat Index establishment, monitoring and support.
23. Provide support to site specific requests, unplanned events and activities.
24. Conduct daily and weekly EHS audits, such as hazwaste room inspection, spill kit inspection, first aid room, etc.
