• Prepare bill of quantities if not provided by client
• Prepare and send inquiries for sub-contractors
• Compare quotations received from sub-contractors and ensure conformity with specifications.
• Prepare breakdown of rates for items inclusive of material, labor and wastage.
• Prepare trade wise breakdown of rates for the project.
• Prepare complete file (including soft copy backups) for the project.
• Examine the accuracy of material quantities Establish the final cost using complex mathematical formulas
