Tanj Energy is currently looking for candidates for the position as an experienced IT Specialist and Sales Support officer for our Dubai office. Responsibilities
· Manage daily operations of the IT department system
· Coordinate the needs of employees and Management
· Provide Sales support to the BD Manager & Team
· Assess available solutions for technical and business suitability
· Ensure the collection, compilation and analysis of data and statistics for administration, financial planning and accountability
· Monitor income and expenditures while keeping financial records
· Ensure regular internal evaluation of the project’s goals and plans
· Prepare all local purchase orders
· Support the day to day IT operations
· Configure hardware and software
Qualifications
· Academic degree
· Great organizational and Communications skills
· Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· +3 years experience
· Positive and professional attitude
· Dependability
· Able to read, speak and write in English is a Must
· Able to read, speak and write in Arabic will be considered a Bonus
· Sensitive to confidential information
· Must work well independently and as a member of team
