Job description / Role
To work with the Head of Planning in each business unit to implement planning best practice with a focus on the transformation in the following key areas; Pre-season planning, To simplify and streamline the planning hierarchy in each concept, to help the existing team optimise the use of the Oracle planning tools already implemented.

* Stakeholder management of the Buying function
* Training and development of existing teams

* Leading the teams through the change process

Requirements
* 10 years extensive experience in product/range and stock merchandise planning in both fashion and/or home * Experience in merchandising across multiple countries, products, companies and channels.
* Experience in developing and implementing merchandising systems and processes. This should be with leading planning systems (Oracle, TXT, SAP, Arthur etc.)
* Has been through at least one major planning transformation.
* High level analytically and mathematical ability.
* Good computer skills, especially in using spreadsheets
