Job description / Role
Reporting to the Fashion Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the Client Relationship Management with an aim to increase the knowledge of our clients. A true ambassador of the Brand, you will contribute to the excellence of the client experience and the influence of the Boutique, within the House as well as externally.

The client is an international fashion house that specialises in luxury ready to wear clothing, haute couture as well as bags, shoes and accessories.
Description
Customer knowledge development
* Applying strategy for Fashion Activity in the Region
* Design and plan CRM plans for the boutique
* Define client strategy and segmentation with the Fashion Marketing Manager
* Follow-up on clienting programs with the Boutique Team (Fashion Advisors/Supervisors/Assistant Boutique Manager)
* Conduct deep analysis on client activity
* Propose CRM action plans
* Sending reports to the Boutique Manager and Fashion Marketing Manager or all CRM related activities conducted by the team
* Be responsible for upholding the quality of databse information
* Coordinate and track customer complaints
Customer Experience
* Ensure the team understands and deploys the CRM strategy
* Motivate the team towards the achievement of the customer experience objectives via morning briefings animations and / or workshops
* Implement action plans to developn client experience and client loyalty
* Initiate the improvement and launch of the new services in the Boutique
Events Organization
* Act as the privileged contact for the Middle East Fashion team of the organization of events in the Boutique
* Monitor return on client events (quantitative and qualitative feedback)
* Acting as an ambassador for the Boutique by providing a personalized service during the events to customers and external partners
* Suggesting new Boutique activities and client tools to build the loyalty of our VIC, while considering local specifities

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have
* Extensive work experience in either Fashion/Retail or any other luxury work environment
* A deep understanding of the local work market (with fashion sensitivity)
* Exceptional leadership abilities
* Strong communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
