Opportunity to work in a small legal team, responsible for the provision of all legal services including reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and contracts

Client Details

This is the subsidiary of a major Abu Dhabi investment company, they are a shared services company who function across a range of areas including finance, HR, procurement, corporate, etc.

Description

* Reviewing and negotiating all forms of legal contracts
* Advising on regulatory and corporate governance matters
* Ensuring all compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, with supervision of the GC
* Assisting in identifying and assessing legal and commercial risks of transactions

Requirements
* Fluent in Arabic
* Background of working with leading international law firms(s)
* Good general commercial contracts experience
* 8+ years of relevant experience
