They deal with large scale funds in US, Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, Ireland, etc. Although small, they are going through an exciting period of growth currently Description This hire will be responsible fore reviewing all standard documentation in relation to funds and will then provide an independent review of them. As sole in-house counsel you will have a high responsibility position and will be expected to act with autonomy and should therefore be a pro-active individual.
