الوصف الوظيفي
The role of Business Process Architect is to work with business demand side charting required business process and engage IT governance analyzing necessary impact. BPA would then baseline business process blueprint as a deliverable to the client.
Key responsibilities
· Working with IT Demand Management or directly with internal client to realize business model and hence chart required business process..
· Work with IT Governance to supporting impact study in an optimum business process design.
· Develop business templates for demand management to optimize business interaction.
· Support development of business policies to optimize IT interaction.
المهارات
Key Competencies
· Business analyst TOGAF Certified with ADM capability.
· Zachman Framework certification is a preference.
· Mastering Communication across several client business areas.
· IT development and operations background and understanding.
· ISO 20000 awareness and ITSM process handbook.
· Teaming in a multicultural environment.
· In depth analytics ability.
Candidate need to have at least 5 years similar experience in a multinational corporate.
