Objectives: Ensure that all groups’ transactions comply with U.A.E. governing laws and regulations.
Main responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice to the group
• Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes
• Prepare appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
• Review legal issues related to new products, service and commercial agreements
• Manage legal projects
• Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as companies’ conversion, mergers, compliance issues, commercial transactions and lawsuits.

Requirements
University Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor degree in Law from recognized university
Nature and length of previous
experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house with a group
Specialist knowledge: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Outstanding negotiation skill
Language Fluency: English and Arabic other language are advantage
